The Takeover is a dark medium roast that packs a lot of mojo. Roasted to perfection for milk based coffee brews, like latte, cappuccino, cortado and macchiato, You won't believe how good the result is! And if you're a fan of excellent 3rd wave coffee, The Takeover is a trip even straight-up.

The fermenting process gives this coffee the typical funk and fruity profile of high quality medium roasts. We push that medium roast just a tad darker and bring out the sweetness that combines with milk in a creamy chocolatey brew that's unforgettable!

The takeover is definitely our most sensual roast. Proceed with caution; it may change the way you think about mil-based coffees forever!
